Job summary

Relief Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to provide both clinical and administrative support in a Denver clinic. You will assist providers with patient care tasks, monitor TMS treatments, and help maintain accurate patient records while delivering compassionate, professional service to patients and families.

The role involves coordinating scheduling, front desk duties, and collaboration with clinic leadership to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced behavioral health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Experience with EHR systems and Google Workspace is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care tasks and vital signs collection.
• Administer and monitor TMS treatments per provider protocols.
• Support Spravato treatment services and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic workflows in the EHR.
• Greet patients, manage front desk inquiries, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Ensure treatment rooms are ready and stocked; assist with inventory.
