Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale licensing, and data surveillance within Clinical Assessment Technologies (CAT). You will ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance and timely project delivery while coordinating with the Sponsor and study team.

This role requires leadership of Operations staff, strong organizational skills, and travel to domestic and international meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
2+ years of experience leading a team or managing staff.
Solid knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
Fluency in English for day-to-day business.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and report results.
Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness to timelines.
Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials.
Oversee editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
Manage scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, Sponsor approvals.
Maintain data surveillance and provide reports to study team and Sponsor.
Support CAT Final Study Report completeness and archiving of documents.
Suggest improvements to training and data surveillance plans.
