Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management for CAT projects. You will ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance across study teams and budgets, reporting to the Operations Director.

Strong leadership, organization and communication are essential to drive timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, service-oriented.
• Excellent planning, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and critiquing skills.
• Fluency in English to conduct day-to-day business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results.
• Develop study-specific rater training web portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Oversee data surveillance methodology maintenance and reporting to the study team.
