Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management, ensuring SOP, ICH/GCP, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Operations Director, CAT, you will coordinate meetings, manage timelines, archive study documents, and support sponsor and study teams while guiding operations staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Familiarity with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations and manage study source workbook licenses and translations.
