ECU Health in Greenville, NC seeks a technical support specialist to manage day-to-day problems with Windows-based departmental applications. You will document, configure, and support clinical applications while coordinating testing and release activities.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience and familiarity with SharePoint. This hybrid role includes on-call duties and benefits aligned with ECU Health policies.

Competenze

• High School or Equivalent (GED) required.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience required.
• Deep knowledge in Microsoft Windows and SharePoint.
• Experience with ITIL service management practices is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide daily application support for Windows-based departmental applications.
• Install and support departmental clinical applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of software updates.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities.
