Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or healthcare field or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of IT experience with vendor applications and support.
• Experience in testing software applications.
• Ability to effectively support applications.
• Ability to conduct analysis, document findings, draft plans, execute, monitor and follow up.
• Vendor certification/acc accreditation required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users to review workflows for enhancements or changes.
• Evaluate, test, and implement patches, upgrades and releases per change control.
• Identify opportunities for business process and tech improvements.
• Analyze and resolve simple to moderate issues.
• Produce professional and technical documentation.
• Manage own work plan and assist others as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends and emerging tech related to applications.
• Adhere to SLAs for incidents and requests.
• Promote teamwork and accountability within the group.
