OpenLoop is seeking a Clinical Advocate (Recruiter) to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA, or remotely. In this role, you will support our expanding clinician network across all 50 states by identifying, recruiting, and hiring top-tier physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical professionals.

About The Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Clinical Advocate (Recruiter) to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA, or remotely. Your responsibilities include supporting our clinician network nationwide by recruiting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure OpenLoop attracts, hires, and retains top talent while growing a strong pipeline.
  • Source and interview clinicians in alignment with clients' requirements (culture-fit, specialties, telehealth competency, etc.).
  • Work directly with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver accordingly.
  • Grow client book of business related to staffing.
  • Attract candidates using various sources such as social media, internal referrals, etc.
  • Meet established metrics for recruiting and results delivery.
  • Communicate effectively to promote our company's vision and mission.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates post-placement to maximize value.
  • Act as a liaison between clinicians and internal client representatives.
  • Coordinate clinician onboarding and anticipate future hiring needs across multiple verticals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle staffing recruiting or 1-2 years in prospecting sales.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting or cold calling.
  • Healthcare experience or knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Fearless and resourceful—comfortable with cold outreach and pivoting strategies.
  • Strong communicator with rapport-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, results-driven.
  • Experience with ATS or CRM systems.

Remote Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 USD
