Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is hiring a Clinical/Administrative Associate for a 24-hour per week evening shift. The role supports both clinical and administrative tasks on the unit, helping with ADLs, transporting patients, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, and may be a CNA, nursing student or graduate of the hospital's Clinical Associate Training Program.

Qualifications

• Must have/be a CNA, nursing student with clinical rotation or graduate of the Winchester Hospital Clinical Associate Training Program.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Perform basic procedures to support patient care (ADL assistance, ambulation, bed mobility, transporting patients, specimen handling, vital signs, EKGs).
• Welcome and orient patients and visitors to the environment.
• Provide administrative support to allow the patient care team to focus on delivery of care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical charts and expedite paperwork between hospital departments and external sources.
