Beth Israel Lahey Health—Winchester Hospital—seeks a Clinical/Administrative Associate for 40 hours/week on the night shift with every-other weekend and holiday rotation. You will provide both clinical and administrative support, assist with patient care activities, and help maintain complete medical records and efficient patient flow within the unit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation, and at least three months of clinical care

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or nursing student with a medical-surgical rotation.
• Three months clinical care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and English communication are required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Perform basic procedures for patient care and safety.
• Assist with ADLs, ambulation, beds and patient transport.
• Collect/label/transport specimens, obtain vitals, and perform EKGs.
• Welcome and orient patients and families to the environment.
• Provide unit administrative support to enable direct patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and process paperwork (copying/faxing).
