• Lead and supervise a small clinic team.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership for an assigned team, with 20% time for clinic management including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Train staff on updated workflows, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily activities and establish standard operating procedures to support efficient patient care delivery.
• Manage timekeeping, scheduling changes, and approvals per company policy.
• Address staff performance issues and conduct annual evaluations per timelines.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and high performance.
• Oversee patient access, scheduling, supply management, and administrative operations for seamless coordination.
• Support clinic productivity and patient experience goals through resource allocation and accountability structures.
• Serve as operational leader, potentially supporting multiple locations or acting as site lead when senior leadership is offsite.
• Coordinate daily huddles to ensure consistent workflows and protocols.
• Support cross-functional training to prevent disruption from staff absences.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure team adherence.
• Participate in annual compliance audits as directed.
