Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program is preferred; employer may consider extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and address patient and team member needs to ensure smooth daily operations for front and back office.
• Actively coach and mentor staff, fostering a supportive culture.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage schedules to optimize patient care and access.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and collaborate on solutions.
• Adapt communication style to build relationships with patients, providers, and teammates.
• Provide direct patient care and stay updated on best practices to guide teammates.
• Lead as a working supervisor 70–90% of the time to ensure high-quality care.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly and adapt to changing situations.
• Lead regular team huddles to share updates and provide feedback.
