Aufgaben

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures for clinic patients.
• Obtain authorizations, clearances, consent, and insurance information.
• Update and maintain pending surgical cases on the Surgical Dashboard.
• Communicate daily with Surgery Scheduling Coordinator, OR and Financial Counseling.
• Coordinate with Pre-Operative Clinic to ensure workup is complete.
• Maintain open communication with physicians, patients and management.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with other departments for special surgical needs.
• Support Medical Assistant duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
