Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Clinic Support Associate to handle front desk duties, patient check-in, scheduling, and EMR data entry. You will assist clinicians, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate records with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with opportunities to grow within a fast-growing therapy practice in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience handling front desk operations and patient check-in.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with clinicians and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients with a welcoming attitude.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider time.
• Enter patient data into the EMR accurately.
• Assist clinicians with patient care and room turnover.
• Answer phones and coordinate with physicians.
