Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients, directs inquiries, and maintains a welcoming front desk presence.
• Manages appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and treatment room use.
• Maintains patient flow, notifies clinicians of arrivals and delays, and ensures accurate documentation.
• Processes faxes and performs data entry into the EMR system with accuracy.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and supports therapy operations as needed.
