Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Clinic Support Associate to join our busy front desk and clinical support team. You will help manage front desk operations, assist clinicians with patient care, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 4–8, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy with EMR, and teamwork to support therapists and patients.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Mansioni

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, inviting demeanor.
• Schedule appointments accurately to maximize provider time.
• Maintain front desk operations and patient flow.
• Process faxes and data entry into the EMR system.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist clinicians as needed.
