Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to join the leadership team. You will provide direct patient care, supervise clinicians, and support clinic operations, including hiring, onboarding, and service additions.

Hybrid work and in-person site duties are possible. The role emphasizes clinical supervision, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the Clinic Director and Market Leader.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology)
• Independent clinical licensure or eligibility for supervision per state regulations
• Knowledge of state and federal rules and HIPAA requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support operations
• May provide individual and group supervision to clinic staff
• Review clinical documentation and ensure accuracy of plans and notes
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and crisis/triage services as needed
• Maintain organized files and track administrative time daily
