Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks a Clinic Supervisor to lead behavioral health services across multiple sites. You will provide therapy, support clinic operations, and help ensure compliance and high-quality documentation.

The role offers hybrid work with in-person clinic presence and remote days as required, reporting to the Clinic Director and collaborating with Market Leaders for budget and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field.
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy.
• Administrative clinical support for clinics; manage 10–15 BUs weekly.
• Hybrid in-person/remote service delivery as needed.
• Complete and sign clinical documentation accurately.
