Job summary

Twin Cities Pain Clinic is seeking a Clinic Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate records in a fully in-office environment. You will answer calls, verify demographics and insurance, schedule and reschedule visits, and ensure smooth patient flow with excellent customer service.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, strong phone skills, and experience in a medical setting or customer service. This is a full-time, day-shift role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven strong customer service and phone skills.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a medical/healthcare setting or insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers a high volume of calls and directs to appropriate person.
• Schedules clinic appointments and enters information into the schedule.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Maintains patient records and adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients and healthcare teams.
