Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments and manage the computerized schedule.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details; assist with pre-authorizations.
• Update records in the EHR system and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and teams.
