Job summary

Twin Cities Spine Center is seeking a full-time Clinic Scheduler in Minneapolis, MN, with a possible remote option after training. The role focuses on handling a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments with excellent customer service, and coordinating referrals and procedures.

You will gather demographic and insurance data, verify eligibility, and support patients with compassionate, knowledgeable service in a busy specialty office. A HS diploma and scheduling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinic or medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather information quickly, ask clarifying questions and schedule accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls and schedule appointments based on gathered information.
• Coordinate referrals, processing procedure orders, and manage appointment requests from multiple channels.
• Work with patients, nurses, and physicians to facilitate prompt scheduling and accurate demographics entry.
