Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff and provider schedules for clinic coverage.
• Enter, update, and modify schedules using UKG (Kronos).
• Monitor staffing levels and respond to call-outs and emergencies.
• Coordinate weekend and holiday schedules with fair rotation.
• Process time-off requests and arrange coverage as needed.
• Track attendance and staffing trends; report concerns to leadership.
