Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Certification.
• EMR experience and ability to document care accurately.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care following standards and guidelines.
• Respond to telephonic requests with responsiveness and empathy.
• Perform triage and symptom management, including patients not onsite.
• Review medications and manage prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations.
• Educate patients and caregivers about chronic conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement and monitor care plans.
