Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 2 (DBA Olympic Medical Center) is seeking a front desk registrar to welcome patients in Sequim and Port Angeles. You will collect payments, enter demographics in the EHR, and help maintain a smooth patient flow while coordinating with Central Access and Clinic Back Office teams.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, with customer service or hospitality experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Greets all patients and visitors to our clinics in both Sequim and Port Angeles, with compassion and empathy. Collects and accurately enters into EHR patient demographic data. Explains OMC/OMP policies and procedures necessary for registration to patients as necessary. Collects copays and payments according to OMC finance policies. Responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of patients through the registration process and keeps patients in the waiting areas informed of any delays.
