Bronson is seeking a Practice Support Assistant (Clinic Receptionist) to join the Diabetes & Endocrinology team in Portage. You will answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, check-in patients and manage files.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months of related experience, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service. Prior experience with hospital systems (MISYS/Tiger) is preferred and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience with medical insurance highly preferred.
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills; accurate filing and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

• Enter charges and deposits in MISYS/Tiger; process paperwork.
• Schedule tests and referrals; print daily schedules and reports.
