Aufgaben

• Check in patients attending clinics and direct them to the correct area; assist with car parking and Blue Badge registration where required.
• Update patient details on Trust systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Complete clinic e-outcoming (cash up) in line with SOPs to ensure clinic activity is recorded and follow-up actions can be taken.
• Provide administrative support to clinics: hand out patient questionnaires, locate missing patient notes, and escalate issues to supervisor or clinic coordinator.
• Liaise with patients and clinicians in clinic settings, and with Patient Service Hub and other administrative staff as required.
• Attend mandatory training and development relevant to the post and Trust procedures.
