Qualifikationen

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
General clerical or administrative experience (2 years).
Specialized experience in patient registration and scheduling (6 months).
Strong communication, detail orientation, multitasking, and customer service.

Aufgaben

Welcome and register patients; verify ID and insurance; manage patient flow.
Coordinate appointments, reminders, referrals, and authorizations.
Provide excellent customer service; answer calls and relay messages.
Support billing: collect payments, issue receipts, explain options.
Maintain records, mail, supplies, and general clerical tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and safety; assist across sites as needed.
