Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital's Department of Otolaryngology (ORL) and Communication Enhancement (CCE) invites a dedicated Program Coordinator to lead daily clinic operations and optimize the patient journey across the ACP, ALP and ALS programs.

The role provides essential support to three programs, coordinates activities, assists with scheduling, and drafts communication materials. Level 1 or Level 2 will be determined by experience and competencies, with a salary range posted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required for Level 1; Bachelor’s degree preferred for potential Level 2.
• Two years of relevant work experience required for Level 2; one year for Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program.
• Oversees ACP intake, consult and follow-up appointment requests.
• Assists with appointment scheduling and provider template management.
• Provides technical advice and problem-solving assistance about the program.

Education
