Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations for 3–8 providers and <20 staff.
• Ensure patient satisfaction goals, clinical objectives and quality standards.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and policy compliance.
• Coach and develop clinic leadership and team leads.
