Job summary

North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Senior Clinic Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned region and home clinic, ensuring patient satisfaction, clinical standards, and quality benchmarks are achieved while supervising a team.

You will recruit, coach, and schedule staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Director/Regional Director to drive financial and operational success across multiple clinics, upholding compliance and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management is required.
• Experience supervising clinic operations and staff.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of State and Federal healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned region and home clinic.
• Ensure patient satisfaction goals, clinical standards, and quality benchmarks are met.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
