Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required.
• Associate's Degree with 4 years of supervisory office experience is required.
• 1+ years in a medical practice environment with supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with insurance, CPT/ICD codes, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget.
• Seek ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses.
• Communicate financial data to physicians, director, and senior staff.
• Ensure professional communication with patients, staff and physicians.
• Hold staff members accountable for performance and communication.
