Mount Nittany Health in Bellefonte, PA seeks a Practice Manager I to oversee day-to-day operations for small practice groups, ensuring revenue targets, efficient scheduling, and strong business office functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Administration, 3 years of practice management, 2 years supervisory experience, and familiarity with EHRs, CPT/ICD coding, and HIPAA. CMPE/CMM certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Health Policy, Nursing or related field or equivalent.
• Eight years’ experience in physician practice management may substitute for the education requirements.
• Three years’ experience in physician practice management or healthcare environment.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• CMPE and CMM certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise Practice Supervisors in their oversight of operations for their sites.
• Oversee supervisors’ activity in daily clinic activities including patient scheduling and flow, ensuring adequate staff coverage.
• Coordinate and facilitate escalation on IT dysfunctions and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Support health system functions such as patient satisfaction surveys, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and technology advances.
