• Ability to communicate financial data to physicians, directors and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to function in an administrative role and manage department budget.
• Develop and manage departmental budget; seek ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department and staff accountability.
• Communicate professionally with patients, staff and physicians; act as a resource on communication skills.
