Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent with supervisory experience in an office practice environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a medical practice required.
• 1 year experience with insurance and reimbursement procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to function in an administrative role.
• Develop and manage departmental budget.
• Seek ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses.
• Communicate financial data to physicians, director, and senior staff.
• Demonstrate an overall understanding of financial data.

Education
