Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling patient registration and front-desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduling; schedule, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
• Answer calls and take accurate messages with dates and times.
• Prepare and update patient charts; create new charts when needed.
• Manage patient registration and ensure information accuracy for visits.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance with ROI policy.
• Post charges and maintain cash-up sheets; support daily financial tasks.
• Uphold safety standards and complete mandatory education.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.
