Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients and customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information at check-in.
• Provide excellent customer service for inquiries and route to appropriate staff.
• Process end-of-day payments reconciliation and record-keeping.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with hospital policies and HIPAA requirements.
