Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in an outpatient clinic, or comparable healthcare setting, coordinating clinic workflow.
• One year of experience supervising security or safety personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and clinical support staff, coordinating coverage and patient flow.
• Resolve scheduling and workflow challenges as they arise.
• Hands-on clinic support from patient arrival through checkout to maintain smooth operations.
