Join us as a Practice Manager and help lead daily clinic operations that support timely, coordinated, and client-centered care at JAMHI. Under the general supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, you will oversee front desk and clinical support staff, coordinate coverage and patient flow, and resolve scheduling and workflow challenges as they arise. This is a hands-on role, with most of your workday spent in clinic areas supporting staff and coordinating care from arrival through checkout. You will put established procedures into practice, address day-to-day operational needs, and keep leadership informed of issues requiring follow-up. Working closely with staff across the clinic, you will help maintain an organized, responsive, and welcoming environment for clients and employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education on a year-for-year basis.
• Three years of experience in an outpatient clinic, or comparable healthcare setting, that includes coordinating clinic workflow
• One year of experience supervising security or safety personnel, which can be the same position as above

License/Certification:

• A valid Alaska driver's license is required for this position. In addition, the incumbent must be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
