The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position is located within the Sheridan VA Healthcare System in Sheridan, WY. The Supervisory MSA oversees and directs MSA staff at medical centers and outpatient clinics, including Direct Care Clinics (PACT and Specialty Care).

Responsibilities include assigning work, evaluating performance, making hiring decisions, and ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and patient demographics while coordinating with MyHealtheVet and CPRS systems.

Qualifications
