Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's OptumCare division seeks a Supervisor of Clinic Operations in Las Vegas to lead daily clinic activities, support patient flow and ensure cost-effective care. You will supervise staff, coordinate front/back office functions and ensure EMR accuracy while maintaining compliance with regulations.

In this role you’ll partner with Physician Leads, manage audits and payroll tasks, participate in safety and LEAN initiatives, and travel locally to cover three clinic locations as

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 2+ years of medical office experience.
• 1+ years of LPN experience in a clinic setting.
• Local travel to cover 3 clinic locations.
• Access to reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Preferred: 1+ year supervisory or team lead experience.
• OB/GYN experience.
• Budget, reporting, auditing, and payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations at clinic site and coordinates staff.
• Administers clinic policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise employees.
• Ensures space, supplies, equipment and assistance are provided.
• Ensure accurate charges are entered in IDX.
• Identify and resolve work problems to ensure quality patient service.
• Participate in financial reports, budget and variance reports.
• Attend required meetings and committees.
• Prepare reports and manage projects, audits and payroll.
• Implement safety functions in clinics and daily facility management.
• Collaborate with Physician Leads in performance evaluation.
• LEA N daily standard work and audits.
• EMR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Sterilizing equipment.
• Assisting support staff with injections, immunizations.
