Job summary

Optum is seeking a Supervisor of Clinic Operations - LPN in Las Vegas to lead daily clinic activities and staff, coordinate patient flow, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires LPN experience in a clinic, supervisory ability, and strong EMR and Office skills.

You will manage hiring, training, safety, audits, and payroll, while supporting patient service and SMA financial goals. Travel between local clinic locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR or willing to obtain upon hire.
• 2+ years of medical office experience.
• 1+ years of experience as a LPN in clinic setting.
• Willing to travel locally between 3 clinic locations to cover in manager's absence.
• Access to reliable transportation and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations at clinic site and coordinates the work activities and schedules.
• Administers clinic policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner.
• Recruit, hire, trains and supervises assigned employees.
• Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately.
• Ensure accurate charges are entered in IDX.
• Identifies and resolves work problems to ensure quality patient service.
• Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
• Prepares reports and manages assigned projects, oversees all business related functions and daily audits and payroll functions.
• Implementation of safety functions in clinics and daily facility management to include alarm response and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with Physician Leads in the performance evaluation process.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Assisting support staff with injections, immunizations, etc.
• Actively participates in LEAN Process in daily standard work and audits.
