Responsibilities

• Back Office Clinical Supervisor: supervise at least two full-time staff, coordinate evaluations, time-off requests, disciplinary actions, hiring and termination.
• Serve as a personal contact for physicians, staff, and outside departments to address issues.
• Generate Daily Room/Staff Assignments and arrange staff coverage as needed.
• Train clinical staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Oversee department programs and procedures, including workers' compensation coordination.
• Communicate priorities and monitor status of pending items with subordinates.
• Ensure exam rooms and treatment areas are stocked and maintained.
• Coordinate scheduling of clinics and surgeries, and manage authorizations.
