North Memorial Health is seeking an experienced operations leader to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate clinical and enterprise services within a defined scope. You will advocate for patients, families and staff while driving safe, compliant service delivery and achieving performance objectives.

You will mentor new staff, monitor daily metrics and contribute to continuous improvement across departments, ensuring high-quality care and efficient operations for our health system.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health care required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, organization and management skills.
• Previous occupational health knowledge, if required for specific site.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implements, coordinates, and evaluates operations within the assigned scope of responsibility.
• Exercise leadership and advocates for patients and families, staff, services, and enterprise goals and objectives.
• Schedules and coordinates services and work assignments daily to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Achieves assigned clinical, financial, and productivity objectives in alignment with department and enterprise goals using assigned resources.
• Monitors and reports daily operational metrics and addresses as appropriate.
• Supports orientation and training of new staff and participates in performance evaluation, including reward or remediation as indicated.
• Assures continuous improvement through ongoing mentoring, coaching and performance assessment.
• Provides customer-focused, team-centered service delivery.
• Resolves problems and conflicts.
• Maintains open and accessible communication systems.
