Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager to lead daily clinic operations, drive staff development, and partner with providers and departments to deliver exceptional patient care. You will oversee performance, engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This leadership role emphasizes process improvement, patient access, and collaboration with organizational leadership to achieve strategic objectives and deliver the Golden Standard of Care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Three to five years of related healthcare, clinic operations, or leadership experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead, develop, and support clinic staff to foster a productive work environment.
• Partner with providers and support departments for efficient operations and patient care.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor clinic performance, resource use, and effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Maintain policy compliance and accreditation standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance access and satisfaction.
• Participate in organizational initiatives and projects.
