Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking an Administrative Manager A/B/M to provide 24/7 administrative decision-making and care coordination support. You will work with the Nurse Manager to optimize staffing, patient flow, and emergency response protocols across diverse patient populations.

The role requires RN licensure in Minnesota, BSN/RN, and proven Charge RN or leadership experience in acute care settings, with a focus on quality improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program approved by the MN Board of Nursing.
• BSN/RN with Bachelor’s degree.
• Charge RN experience required; previous house supervisor experience and/or patient placement experience preferred.
• Two to Five years recent acute care experience, clinical service area or equivalent.
• Ideally, two years of progressive leadership or management experience (e.g., Charge RN, Unit Shift Coordinator, Preceptor).
• Licensure and current registration as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative decision-making and support for the coordination of patient care services 24/7. Coordinates patient flow, communication and emergency management.
• In conjunction with the Nurse Manager and staffing office, assists with staffing to leverage maximum labor productivity.
• Coordinates all emergency protocols (e.g. HICS, Code Red, Code Blue, Code Green).
• Participates and provides leadership which promotes quality and strategic initiatives to facilitate remarkable patient care.
• Patient populations may include: neonates, infants, children, adults and geriatrics.
