You will recruit and orient staff, ensure competencies, coach performance, and coordinate day-to-day site operations with physicians and leadership. A strong focus on process improvement, patient access, and fiscal stewardship is key.

Qualifications

• A.A./A.S. in healthcare, business or related field required.
• 1 year demonstrated leadership experience.
• B.S./B.A. in healthcare, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to designated staff and ensure clear workflow direction.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and engagement of clinical staff.
• Ensure ongoing staff competencies and performance management.
• Coordinate effective communication and scheduling with leadership and providers.
