Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical billing and diversified insurance plans.
• Basic understanding of general office procedures and general accounting principles.
• Solid understanding of coding and third-party requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the functions of the office.
• Provide support and guidance to staff.
• Consult with the Practice Manager regarding methods for controlling operational costs and maintaining efficient office operations.
• Assume responsibility for the Practice Manager’s role in their absence.
