Job summary

The role emphasizes supervision for 5 to 10 FTEs, efficiency, scheduling, billing, patient throughput, safety, teamwork, and LEAN process improvements, with involvement in budgeting and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years in healthcare or patient-related services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 5–10 FTEs and coordinate daily activities.
• Organize work efficiently to ensure continuity of service and patient satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, billing/follow-up, patient throughput, and safety of staff and patients.
• Foster teamwork and maintain effective communication with staff, peers, and leadership.
• Provide SME guidance, set quality standards, and coach for excellence; identify LEAN opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, orientation, evaluation, and potential disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient satisfaction standards.
