Job summary

Sunrise Community Health Center in Evans, CO is hiring a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front and back office. This role collaborates with clinicians and leadership to ensure efficient patient flow, QA, and CQI processes, while supporting staff and operations.

The Clinic Supervisor will lead recruiting, training, scheduling, budgeting, and policy compliance in a dynamic community health setting focused on access to quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Staff Services Management preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the front & back office.
• Recruiting and hiring employees; maintain staff levels per FTE.
• Ensure department goals are met including referrals and lab processes.
• Assist in development and completion of new hire training and skills.
• Motivate staff to achieve organizational/departmental goals.
• Oversee operations budget and supply ordering.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s Degree in Medical Staff Services Management

Certified Medical Assistant preferred

2-4 years related experience and/or training
