Sunrise Community Health seeks a Clinic Supervisor to oversee dental and medical teams across Evans, Greeley, Windsor, and Loveland. You will manage daily operations, ensure staff certifications, and promote a patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities include training, quality control, scheduling, and effective collaboration with the Clinic Manager to optimize patient care and clinic performance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is required for both medical and dental departments.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in medical or dental settings.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise medical and dental clinical teams, ensuring workflow and protocols.
• Ensure certifications (CPR, radiology, infection control) are up to date.
• Lead by example to maintain a patient-centered environment.
• Provide cross-department training for new hires.
• Conduct regular in-service training and ongoing education.
• Oversee infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and privacy rules.
• Manage patient care coordination and scheduling to smooth flow.
• Manage inventory for medical and dental supplies.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to resolve operational issues.
