Sunrise Community Health is seeking a Clinic Supervisor for a floating role across the Evans, Greeley, Windsor, and Loveland clinics. The role oversees daily operations of dental and medical departments, ensures staff compliance with certifications, and drives patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in either medical or dental field, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Current CPR certification required for both dental and medical departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership to both dental and medical clinical teams, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Provide training for new hires across both dental and medical teams, ensuring procedures, safety protocols, and patient care expectations are understood.
• Ensure infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures are followed across both departments.
• Oversee scheduling and patient flow to ensure timely, efficient, compassionate care.
• Maintain inventory levels for medical and dental supplies and equipment; coordinate with management on workflows.
